Apply a tumescent solution, a mixture of lidocaine, epinephrine, bicarbonate, and saline, evenly to the surgical area to expand fat and minimize bleeding.

Before surgery, we assess the condition of the gluteal fold and buttocks and identify the underlying cause of the current disruption of the gluteal fold.

SOLUTION 02

We identify the appropriate donor site for autologous fat grafting.
